Shipping policy
As long as your order total is greater than $100 and under 50 pounds (not including any tax or shipping charges), you qualify for FREE Economy Shipping.
With FREE Economy Shipping, your order will be delivered 5-8 business days after your items are available to ship. While we currently prefer to use USPS for shipping we can use UPS and in some cases Fedex.
**Most orders over 150 lbs or assembled tables are currently only available for will call or local delivery in Sacramento. We are working on freight options for heavier larger orders**
Pro Tables Direct stocks most smaller items in Sacramento. These items can ship out within one business day after order processing.
If you upgrade your shipping method, shipping fees will apply. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the package and the shipping speed. Shipping time, methods, and cost will vary depending on your location.
Before shipping your products, Pro Tables Direct must process your order. Most orders will be processed within one business day and should not take longer than 2 business days. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will be processed the next business day.
Pro Tables Direct checks order information, including verifying your shipping and billing address to help reduce the chance of fraud. We may contact you personally via phone or email to confirm order details, especially if your shipping and billing addresses are different or if you are shipping a package to a residence. If we do have to reach out to verify shipping and billing information this may delay order processing and shipping.
Once your order has been verified and processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, if available. Products that are shipped directly from our suppliers may not have tracking information or it may be delayed. If you have not received a confirmation email from us within one-two business days of your order, please check your spam folder to see if our emails are getting filter or reach out to JoelV@protablesdirect.com
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that for custom orders, canceling may not always be possible if work has been performed. Also, if your order has shipped out it is too late to cancel. Shipped orders will have to be returned at your expense. Please note shipping is a service that is provided and is not refundable. Orders with free shipping that are returned will have the shipping fee's being deducted from the refund amount of the order.
